Fellow Paulinians, it's our time to give back to our alma mater and co-alumnae. We need to help. When we help, we not only help others but ourselves too, by taking the opportunity to serve God. SR. ANUNCIATA SCHOLARSHIP FUND

St Paul Alumnae USA has set a special fundraising campaign for the Sister Anunciata Scholarship Fund this September to support scholarships at St Paul University of Manila.
To kick off the Sister Anunciata Scholarship Fund, the Alumnae will launch the latest CD, George Gerswin, Complete Works for Piano and Orchestra featuring pianist Cecile Licad and Gerard Salonga conducting the South Denmark Philharmonic Orchestra. Part of Cecile’s Anthology of American Piano Music, Vol. 4 is dedicated to one composer - George Gershwin. A copy of Cecile Licad’s all Gershwin’s program will be awarded to donors of the Sr. Anunciata Scholarship Fund.
Sister of St. Paul of Chartres (SPC) for 66 years, Sister Anunciata was the Dean of the College of Music and the Performing Arts at St. Paul University Manila from June 2003 to August 2020.
The official CD launch was to be presented in Manila in the Spring but has been delayed because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Meanwhile, the Alumnae will host an online virtual American launch this month of September. The all Gershwin CD includes Rhapsody in Blue, Second Rhapsody, Concerto in F: Allegro, Adagio - Andante con moto, Allegro agitato, and variations of “I Got Rhythm.”
The Anthology of American Piano Music is designed to show the stylistic breadth, high musical quality and great originality of the best American piano works. While the preceding three volumes presented works for solo piano by multiple composers related to one theme (Vol. 1 - American First Sonatas, Vol 2 - Music of the Night - American Nocturnes, Vol 3 - American Landscapes), Vol 4 is dedicated to one composer, presenting the complete works for piano and orchestra by George Gershwin.
